I know! I know! I am not the only one. Many of my peers out there at this very moment are going through the same thing I am. Contemplating the future and all that it holds is something a guy at my age thinks about.....quite a lot actually. What should I do? But you know, all of that is pointless. You see, when you get down to it you don't have to worry about this kind of stuff. Just remember that your parents will take care of you if you can't.
"So, are you gonna try to be independent?"
"What? Why? Your pensions and social security are more than enough too support the three of us. Obama 2012."
"Oh really? Look in the mirror you money-sucking moocher! Don't go spouting heathen chants."
~Parent and Moocher
Okay, if your loving Women of Your Origins says that to you.....You should probably find an apartment and part time job. But my issue doesn't start there. It starts at graduation of the high school. College? Work? Vacation? And even if I did decide I would be greeted with a thousand more questions! Where should I go? What should I do? What kind of sights do I want to see?....What? You thought I chose college?
The hard, cold shoulder of reality is brushing against me, and I don't really like it. But it is the first step of independence....right?......I feel an eerie silence for some reason. Don't fret if you are going through it too. Just take that wonderful SAT! And everyone will be the happys!
Yup, I just lied.
yo bro, adolescence doesn't end at highschool, haha
ReplyDeleteThere are lots of decisions to make, but know that God works them together and works it out.
Love you,

Good luck on the SAT! Anticipating your future decisions......
