RememberThatTimeWhenYouGotSick....Alot?

When all the dust settles it just gets kicked up again! It all started with stomach aches in the mornings. I woke up to a very bad morning in the bathroom twice in two days. I had it bad. But it went away. As to be expected, but low and behold. The next day I wake up with a soar throat...

I thought I used up my soar throat token for the year already! I usually only have one soar throat every year or two, but it seems like my body decided to have a second one this year. Just my luck. Thanks goodness it only lasted for two days, and those two days just happened to be our two days off from doing anything, so I recovered nicely. Which was strongly needed! For we are heading out on a two night three day excursion for...Yep, you guessed it, FOOD!

Cause really, what else is there to do but eat with family when you are on vacation, right? Coughs and colds will make me tired, but not tired from eating.

And boy did we eat, we are eating, and we will eat. Hunger is lost whenever my family makes this glorious trip to my Homeland.

It is a perfect blend of eating, exploring, and relaxing. It's just too bad that I fell ill twice in a row already. I really have to make sure I drink enough fluids. On top of the crazy humidity, I have to stop eating a lot of dry and greasy foods. The day I started to feel the soar throat coming on I knew I wasn't drinking enough.

Alright, sickness be gone, worry be gone, and full stomachs please leave! I want to eat more of this delicious.

Oh right, I should stop talking about food and my health. The trip has been so much fun and will continue to be so till the last moment we take off for home (cause let's be honest, the return home flight stinks like my Elder Sage's feet when he takes off his socks....wow). Church was, once again, insightful. It made me think more than usual.

One last thing. My uncle was generous enough to bestow three cellphones unto us three. So now we can separate without any....hassle. Maybe I should tell you that story.......

Nah, maybe later when I am not so busy trying to digest the food I just inhaled...
